Administrative Assistant
Client: Refinery
Location: St Paul Park, MN
Duration: Now- Nov 2022 and could go longer
Supporting: Turnaround
Work Schedule: 4 10's (6:30am-5:00pm) Off every Friday. There will be seasonal overtime

The Maintenance Turnaround Administrative Assistant will be a supplemental contract employee hired to work under Client's technical direction.
Role Description:  Position performs tasks and clerical duties according to Client's goal and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Contact list management (both MPC & Contractor)
  • Managing and processing work scope additions & log
  • Meeting scheduler
  • Contractor Set-up: user ID"s, Software, and Hardware
  • Org chart creation and updates (Microsoft Vizio).
  • Work package creation include PDF compilations and issuing hard copies.
  • Electronic job card Development and work list updating
  • Vacation & Attendance Tracking
  • Daily mail delivery in the ITC (Turnaround & Construction building).
  • Manage the Turnaround webpage.
  • Permit updating & job entry using client's specific intranet.
  • General office management
