Location: St Paul Park, MN
Duration: Now- Nov 2022 and could go longer
Work Schedule: 4 10's (6:30am-5:00pm) Off every Friday. There will be seasonal overtime
The Maintenance Turnaround Administrative Assistant will be a supplemental contract employee hired to work under Client's technical direction.
Role Description: Position performs tasks and clerical duties according to Client's goal and objectives.
- Contact list management (both MPC & Contractor)
- Managing and processing work scope additions & log
- Meeting scheduler
- Contractor Set-up: user ID"s, Software, and Hardware
- Org chart creation and updates (Microsoft Vizio).
- Work package creation include PDF compilations and issuing hard copies.
- Electronic job card Development and work list updating
- Vacation & Attendance Tracking
- Daily mail delivery in the ITC (Turnaround & Construction building).
- Manage the Turnaround webpage.
- Permit updating & job entry using client's specific intranet.
- General office management
