Timekeeper
Reviews time sheets, verifies attendance, and tracks reports to detect and reconcile discrepancies of payroll related information within the payroll system.

Payroll Clerk
Performs time entry/front-end payroll processing and daily shift scheduling to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time by collecting and verifying time records.

Payroll Specialist
Performs payroll processes while also ensuring the accuracy of employee compensation including: pay rates, overtime, PTO accruals, and various payroll deductions. Payroll Specialist also produces federal, state, and local tax payments.

Accounts Payable Clerk
Receives, verifies, and processes invoices in the correct expense period to ensure accurate and timely payments in addition to tracking and recording the corresponding purchase orders. AP Clerk also assists with expense accruals for financial statement purposes.

Billing Clerk
Drafts invoices that comply with the agreed upon terms and conditions in preparation for distribution to customers.

Accounts Payable Specialist
Receives, verifies, and processes invoices in the correct expense period to ensure accurate and timely payments in addition to tracking and recording the corresponding purchase orders. AP Specialist will often manage the expense accruals for financial statement purposes and may lead the work of others.

Billing Specialist
Generates, records and/or manages final invoices that comply with the agreed upon terms and conditions for distribution to customers. Billing Specialist will often manage the unbilled revenue accruals for financial statement purposes and may lead the work of others.

Financial Analyst
Analyzes past and present financial data and estimates future revenues and expenditures through the development and updates of financial models. Financial Analyst provides management with information regarding cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.

Project/Cost Accountant
Provides and maintains detailed scope, schedule, and cost of a project to monitor how a project is tracking financially. Project Accountant may act as an advisor to the project team on financial decisions that will impact the project and overall business.

Staff Accountant
Prepares and maintains financial and business transactions while applying accounting principles. Staff Accountant performs work that is analytical, evaluative and advisory in nature, and that requires an understanding of both accounting theory and practice.

Senior Accountant
Prepares and maintains financial and business transactions while applying accounting principles. Senior Accountant performs work that is analytical, evaluative and advisory in nature, and that requires an understanding of both accounting theory and practice. Senior Accountant may lead the work of others.
