Purchasing Clerk
Provides support by researching potential suppliers, maintaining procurement records, managing and updating inventory to determine purchasing needs, and assists in confirming or modifying change orders with vendors.

Requisition Technician
Performs tasks associated with the purchase order process including: process incoming requisitions, amend service requisitions and purchase orders, resolve supplier issues and discrepancies, and purchase order close outs.

Buyer
Performs buying activities of services, materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors in addition to tracking and reporting on all stages relating to purchasing up to final acceptance.

Materials Coordinator
Coordinates resources by receiving, storing, and issuing materials according to project schedules and execution plans.

Contracts Administrator
Manages the lifecycle of a contract including: negotiation, administration, and termination in accordance with procurement strategy, goals, and objectives. Contracts Administrator manages active contracts and monitors compliance through the means of various analytical tools.

Contracts Advisor
Advises on the creation and implementation of procurement strategy, goals, and objectives related to project contracting. Contracts Advisor assists in contractor evaluation, selection, and award recommendation in order to verify the execution and administration of high quality prime contracts.
