Planner
Develops detailed work packages which include plans that account for manpower, equipment, materials, and services. Planners can specialize in specific disciplines according to their prior field and craft knowledge.

Planner/Scheduler
Develops detailed work packages which include plans that account for manpower, equipment, materials, and services. Planner/Scheduler is also responsible for developing, maintaining, and reporting on detailed resource loaded schedule of project activities.

Scheduler
Develops, maintains, and reports on detailed resource loaded schedule of project activities as well as identify baseline critical path schedules. Scheduler will also provide recommendations for schedule optimization and if applicable, recovery plans.

Lead Scheduler/Master Scheduler
Develops, maintains, and reports on detailed resource loaded schedule of project activities as well as identify baseline critical path schedules. Lead Scheduler will also provide recommendations for schedule optimization and if applicable, recovery plans in addition to managing multiple team members and/or projects with changing priorities.

Estimator
Writes estimate plans, reviews scope of work documents, develops and assembles estimate data, reviews estimates, writes basis of estimate document with qualification & assumptions, and presents estimates for estimate validation and project approval.

Cost Analyst
Performs tasks related to monitoring and maintaining the overall project TIC (Total Installed Cost) such as compiling budgets, accruals, actuals, variances, forecasts, and benchmarks while ensuring accuracy and proper categorization in a timely manner. This includes the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for review and validation such as job progress, trends, variances, completion analysis, and other project reports.

Cost Control Lead
Serves as a Lead in order to manage, implement, and control the overall project costs from conception to project completion including the review and validation of reports and analysis for the purpose of ensuring schedule & cost alignment and providing cost control guidance to the Project Manager.

Project Controls Manager
Responsible to ensure high quality and accurate scope, cost, progress, and performance measurement analysis reporting as well as engaging with Project Managers in the overall management of the project performance.
