Responsible for writing, issuing, receiving and/or coordinating required permits for projects, according to the project schedules and plans.

Reviews and coordinates contract companies work daily, according to the site’s standards and work processes. Activities may include planning, organizing, directing and controlling methods of: construction, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, and work schedules. Coordinators can specialize in specific disciplines according to their prior field and craft knowledge.

Construction Manager
Oversees contractors at the construction site. Construction Manager is also involved in front end interactive planning to review and manage: constructability methods, building schedule timelines, pre-bid walk downs, contract awarding, logistics, contractor safety performance & milestone meetings, PSSRs, and budgetary management meetings.
